Much like a Mandala, life is a set of concentric circles that sprout wider and wider from birth to death - and arguably, from the creation of all life to infinity. There is no point that isn't connected to the root, no object or energy that cannot be traced back to the singularity of the first energies, waves, the seed circle. It's like a ripple in a pool, echoing actions outward from itself.
To take a step back from the cosmic, our daily lives are filled with circular energies. The cycle of the sun and moon, our waking and sleeping, our laughing and crying. Our happiness and our sadness. It all folds back into itself. Most of our conflict arise in the disruption of this flow, the blockage of energies from expanding into their full potential. Much like the effect of a rock in a stream, these conflicts slow and sometimes stop our progress. We have much to learn from water, we are essentially water. "Cucumbers with anxiety". When the flow of a ripple is disturbed, the circles redistribute in order to expand. And so must we. Our energy will pool and grow stagnant if we do not reform.
Do not worry if our circles grow bent and jagged, like trees, our rings are storied. Our circles don't break, they just get wider and weirder and better and bigger.
